Job details:
We are looking for a Software Architect who can bridge the gap between prospective clients and our engineering teams. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who has built products for the U.S. healthcare market and understands what it takes to design compliant, scalable, and feasible solutions from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities :
Client engagement: Speak directly with prospective clients to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and constraints.
Feasibility & proof of concept: Assess technical feasibility for proposed solutions and build proofs of concept (POCs) to validate approach and de-risk delivery.
Estimations: Once feasibility and POC are complete, produce high-level effort, cost, and timeline estimations to support proposals and planning.
System design: Design end-to-end system architectures, including cloud infrastructure, data flows, integrations, and security/compliance considerations.
Compliance-first architecture: Ensure all designs meet U.S. healthcare regulatory requirements, with particular attention to HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.
Project planning: Build critical chain / critical path schedules to plan delivery realistically and surface dependencies and resource constraints early.
Technical guidance: Provide architectural direction across mobile and web stacks and act as a point of reference for delivery teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Healthcare Domain
Prior, hands-on experience building products for the U.S. healthcare market.
Strong working knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance, including HIPAA and relevant FDA regulations.
Experience with healthcare interoperability standards—FHIR—and Epic integration.
Cloud & Infrastructure
Good command of #AWS cloud services and the ability to design with them.
Proven experience designing #HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.
Mobile & Web Stacks
Practical understanding of the major stacks used in digital product development:
#MERN , #MEAN , #ReactNative , #Laravel
Tooling
Extremely comfortable using Claude Code (Anthropic's agentic coding CLI) as part of day-to-day development and prototyping.
Project Planning
Able to create and manage critical chain schedules for project planning and delivery.
Soft Skills
Excellent English communication skills — comfortable speaking with clients and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Able to balance speed (POCs, estimates) with rigor (compliance, scalable design).
