Role Description The Senior Project Manager for Canada will oversee end-to-end management of immigration and visa consulting projects, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of services. This full-time, on-site role, based in Canada, includes planning project timelines, coordinating with consultants, expeditors, and clients, and monitoring progress against milestones. The role involves managing documentation and inspection processes, aligning logistics and resources, and resolving issues that may impact application outcomes. The Senior Project Manager will lead team meetings, track performance metrics, and implement improvements to workflows and client communication. This position also requires close collaboration with leadership to align project execution with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Expertise in expediting processes, including Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and documentation.
- Experience with inspection activities, including Inspection skills for quality checks, compliance verification, and process audits.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate resources, schedules, and inter-team dependencies effectively.
- Proven experience in immigration, consulting, or related professional services, preferably with Canada-focused projects.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an asset.
