About the role
We’re looking for a Product Analyst who can bridge the gap between business, product, and technology teams. This role is ideal for someone with a technical or engineering background who enjoys solving business problems, understanding complex systems, and translating requirements into scalable solutions.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and external partners to support product initiatives, partner integrations, operational improvements, and international market expansion. The role requires a blend of analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, strong communication, and an understanding of technology-driven businesses.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields).
- Has experience in Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting, Product Operations, Implementations, Consulting, or a similar role.
- Comfortable understanding APIs, system workflows, integrations, and technical concepts without necessarily being a hands-on developer.
- Enjoys working across business and technology teams to solve complex problems.
- Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Curious about how digital gold scales across borders, with an interest in international markets, cross-border payments, or partner ecosystems beyond India.
- Business-savvy with a commercial mindset — able to quickly grasp business requirements, identify what matters to stakeholders, and frame solutions in terms of value.
What you'll own:
Business and Solutions Analysis
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and solution proposals.
- Map business processes, user journeys, and operational workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend solutions for operational or product-related challenges.
- Support international business by mapping market-specific compliance flows, and building tools
- that scale across geographies like the UAE, Thailand, and beyond.
Product Technology collaboration
- Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to clarify requirements and support implementation.
- Understand system flows, integrations, APIs, and data movement across platforms.
- Support partner integrations and cross-functional product initiatives.
- Assist in defining acceptance criteria, testing scenarios, and release readiness.
- Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into product and engineering deliverables.
Documentation & Communication
- Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and solution documents.
- Build presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain clear documentation of product requirements, business processes, and partner integrations.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Business Analysis & Pitch Decks
- Meet with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their goals, and translate them into clear, structured briefs or specs.
- Build pitch decks and presentations that communicate product value, partner proposals, or strategic initiatives to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Act as a bridge between product, tech, and business teams — able to speak both languages fluently
Who You Are
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solutions Consulting, Product Operations, Implementations, Consulting, or a related role.
- Engineering or technical degree preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Comfortable working with data and deriving actionable insights.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, databases, and technology platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome — this is an entry-level role. What matters more than years of
- experience is an appetite to learn fast.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
