We're redefining trading experiences with Smart Flexi Orders, advanced multi-strike charts, tick-level option chain data, multi-leg strategy builders, smart watchlists, automation APIs, and flexible collateral management.
We're looking for a Product Manager with a strong trading or capital markets background to own the roadmap for Nubra's core trading experience - order execution, options strategies, charts, and automation. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and compliance to ship features that serious traders trust and love.

- Own the product roadmap for core trading features - order types, option chain, strategy builder, charts, and automation APIs.
- Translate trader workflows and market microstructure knowledge into crisp, buildable product requirements.
- Partner with engineering and design to ship fast, reliable, low-latency trading experiences.
- Define success metrics and track product performance, feature adoption, and trading behavior.
- Work with compliance and risk teams to ensure new features meet regulatory and exchange requirements.
- Run competitive analysis of trading and investing platforms to stay ahead of market trends.
- Talk to active traders regularly and translate feedback into a prioritized, high-conviction roadmap.
- 3 to 6 years of product management experience, with specific background in trading, brokerage, fintech, or capital markets products.
- Deep working knowledge of trading concepts - order types, options, derivatives, technical analysis, and market data.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using data to prioritize features and measure impact.
- Track record of shipping consumer or pro-trader facing products end-to-end.
- Excellent communication skills to align engineering, design, compliance, and business teams.
Brownie Points
- Prior experience trading personally, or working at a brokerage, exchange, or prop trading firm.
- Hands-on experience with options/derivatives trading platforms specifically.
- Familiarity with SEBI regulations and NSE/BSE exchange rules.
- Background in quant/analytics or working with real-time market data systems.
