Toprankers is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic Growth Head for our Prayagraj Centre.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and strengthen the test prep ecosystem at the Prayagraj centre
- Drive student growth, admissions, and brand visibility across the region
- Guide students academically with structured mentorship and strategic guidance
- Build strong local market presence, institutional outreach, and partnerships
Skills & Requirements
- Strong experience in competitive exam preparation and test prep segment
- Teaching experience with clear conceptual delivery and strong subject authority
- Growth mindset with complete ownership of centre operations and student success
- Deep understanding of the Prayagraj education ecosystem and local market dynamics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
