Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations
* Generate investor leads
* Conduct investor meetings and presentations
* Manage investor onboarding
* Build and maintain long-term investor relationships
* Resolve investor queries
* Coordinate monthly investor communications
Sales Team Management
* Build and lead the sales team
* Monitor daily sales performance
* Set sales targets
* Conduct sales training
* Improve conversion rates
Operations Management
* Manage fleet operations
* Rider onboarding and documentation
* Rider attendance and performance
* Vehicle allocation
* Daily operational reporting
Social Media Coordination
* Coordinate with the social media team
* Plan marketing campaigns
* Approve content strategies
* Track campaign performance
* Coordinate with designers and video editors
Business Development
* Generate new investor and business opportunities
* Meet corporate clients and partners
* Build strategic partnerships
* Identify new business opportunities
Administration
* Daily reporting to the Founder
* Team coordination
* Process improvement
* SOP implementation
* Performance monitoring

Requirements
* 3–6 years of experience in Operations, Business Development, Sales, or Startup Management
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong team management abilities
* Problem-solving mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
* Willingness to travel when required
