Senior Director - Product Development and Delivery
This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of engineering excellence, product delivery, and customer success.
You will own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS products, working closely with global clients, product leaders, and engineering teams. The role is ideal for a leader who thrives in scaling delivery organizations, building strong engineering cultures, and driving predictable, high-quality outcomes.
1. Product Delivery & Execution Excellence
- Own delivery of multiple product lines and client implementations
- Establish predictable, scalable release cycles with strong governance
- Drive on-time, high-quality releases across global customers
2. Engineering Leadership & Team Building
- Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Mentor senior technical leaders and groom future leadership
3. Client-Centric Delivery
- Partner directly with enterprise clients to understand business needs
- Drive solutioning, customizations, and issue resolution
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
4. Technology & Architecture Oversight
- Provide leadership across .NET, Azure, microservices, and enterprise SaaS architecture
- Drive adoption of best practices in scalability, security, and performance
- Align engineering practices with long-term platform vision
5. Quality, Process & Operational Excellence
- Establish strong QA, DevOps, and release management frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery metrics and efficiency
- Implement scalable processes for a growing global organization
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership teams
- Align delivery priorities with business and product strategy
- 15+ years of experience with 8+ years in engineering/delivery leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale SaaS product delivery and global teams
- Strong client-facing experience with enterprise customers
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
You will play a critical role in scaling Simplify’s product delivery engine, directly impacting customer success, platform adoption, and business growth. This is a strategic leadership position with high visibility and influence
