Role Purpose
Own the Delhi business with end-to-end accountability for city P&L, profitability, and business performance. The role will act as the single-threaded owner for the city, driving commercial and operational outcomes by partnering closely with central functions and leading execution across the Delhi market.
Key Responsibilitie
- Own and deliver city-level P&L and Business Margin (BMM) targets
- Drive city profitability by identifying and executing initiatives across revenue, cost, and operational efficiency
- Partner with central teams across Growth, ICS, Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Fitness to identify and implement city-specific interventions that improve revenue, customer acquisition, retention, utilization, and overall business performance
- Drive city-level execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across all business streams
- Influence key commercial levers such as pricing, capacity planning, scheduling, and portfolio optimization by working with central teams and providing city-specific insights and recommendations
- Ensure best-in-class operational execution and customer experience across all centers in the city
- Lead city business reviews, performance governance, and action planning using data-driven insights
- Act as the single point of accountability for city performance, driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring timely execution of business priorities
.Ideal Candidat
- 7–12 years of experience in business management, P&L ownership, general management, consulting, retail, consumer tech, hospitality, or marketplace businesses
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes through cross-functional leadership and execution
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen with experience in revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders, solve complex business problems, and drive execution in a matrix organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action and ownership
