About SmartScore- At SmartScore, we're building AI that evaluates handwritten exam papers for schools and coaching institutes across India.
- AI does most of the work, but it's not perfect. This role exists because every production AI system needs human judgment to maintain quality.
- If you enjoy working with AI, spotting mistakes, and improving systems, this role is for you.
What You'll Do- Review AI-generated paper evaluations and answer keys
- Set up answer keys and evaluation workflows on our platform
- Work daily with AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini
- Identify recurring AI mistakes and improve evaluation quality
- Coordinate with schools during exam cycles
- Build SOPs and improve operational processes
What We're Looking For- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
- Comfortable using AI tools to solve problems
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Good written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Please Note- This is not a software engineering or coding role.
- You'll primarily work with AI systems, review their outputs, and improve their quality.
