MarTechAdda is building a requirement-first marketplace for marketing expertise, helping businesses find, hire and manage the right marketing expertise.
We are looking for a hands-on, self-driven Business Development Executive who can help us build the marketplace from the ground up.
Responsibilities- Build relationships with prospective business clients.
- Identify and qualify potential businesses through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other outreach.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing business relationships.
- Understand business marketing requirements and help businesses onboard to MarTechAdda.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with relevant marketing experts when required.
- Visit businesses across Mumbai/MMR when required.
- Attend relevant exhibitions, business and startup events when required to generate qualified leads.
- Track sales, onboarding and conversion metrics.
- Share market feedback and competitive insights with the founder/team.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree / BMS / MBA (Marketing) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, customer success or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Basic negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- English and Hindi required; Marathi preferred.
- Comfortable with local travel across Mumbai/MMR when required.
Role Details📍 Location: Thane, Mumbai
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office — Daily
🚗 Travel: Local Mumbai/MMR travel when required; no outstation travel expected
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year
💰 Salary: ₹15,000/month — negotiable based on experience
📈 Performance Review: Compensation review within 3 months, based on performance and contribution.
