Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior / Team Lead UI/UX Designer to lead our design team and create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, ensuring high-quality design output.
- Gather and understand business requirements, user needs, and project objectives.
- Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve designs.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all digital products.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Review team deliverables and provide constructive feedback to maintain design standards.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a design team.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar design tools.
