What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Presales, preferably within the CPaaS/SaaS domain.
Strong understanding of the CPaaS/SaaS market, technical solutions, and competitive landscape.
Deep domain knowledge of OTT communication channels, particularly WhatsApp Business and RCS.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into tailored, customer-focused solutions.
Experience in developing value propositions, solution proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and client presentations.
Strong market research and competitive analysis skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Business, Technical, CSD, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
A self-driven, solution-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Important: Candidates must have proficiency in Kolkata's local/regional language.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement presales strategies for assigned CPaaS domains and industry verticals.
Build compelling value propositions and solution proposals for WhatsApp Business and RCS solutions.
Translate technical capabilities into customized solutions based on client requirements.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify new revenue opportunities.
Partner with Product, Business, Technical, CSD, and other stakeholders to understand service offerings and differentiators.
Conduct client presentations and strategic discussions with key decision-makers.
Manage and support responses to RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and bids.
Drive customer success and support the growth of wallet share across assigned accounts.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and ecosystem developments, including updates related to WhatsApp Business and RCS.
