About Guardian Of Childhood
Guardian of Childhood is a youth-led international initiative dedicated to advancing child rights education, online child safety education, digital citizenship, and preventative safeguarding awareness. We empower young people through educational campaigns, digital resources, and global volunteer engagement.
Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and organized Ambassador Program Manager to lead and support our growing network of Guardian Ambassadors. You will coordinate volunteer engagement, oversee ambassador activities, foster a positive community, and help ensure our initiatives create meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Guardian Ambassadors.
- Organize virtual onboarding sessions and orientation meetings.
- Coordinate monthly ambassador meetings and activities.
- Monitor ambassador participation and engagement.
- Maintain communication through email and messaging platforms.
- Collaborate with the HR team during onboarding.
- Work with the Communications and Design teams on campaigns.
- Prepare simple monthly progress reports.
- Recommend improvements to the ambassador program.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with international volunteers.
- Leadership or volunteer management experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Passion for child rights, online safety, and youth empowerment.
- Reliable internet connection and regular availability.
