Role Description The Chief of Staff at Zanta Tech will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, supporting decision-making, operational execution, and cross-functional alignment. In this full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, the Chief of Staff will coordinate leadership meetings, drive key initiatives and projects, and ensure effective follow-up on strategic priorities, with flexibility for some work from home. Daily responsibilities include preparing executive briefings, tracking company-wide OKRs, facilitating communication between departments, and identifying risks and opportunities across the business. The role also involves building processes to improve efficiency, supporting investor and stakeholder communication, and acting as a thought partner on product, people, and growth strategies in the AI-enabled communication space.
Qualifications
- Strategic planning and business analysis skills, including experience with OKRs, metrics, and executive decision support.
- Strong project and program management capabilities, with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentation, written communication, and meeting facilitation.
- Operational and process improvement skills, with the ability to design and refine workflows, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms.
- Leadership and people collaboration skills, including influencing without formal authority and building trust across diverse teams.
- Prior experience in technology or AI-driven businesses, or familiarity with product-led growth and SaaS business models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and balancing on-site collaboration in Gurugram with remote work.
