Job Description
- Research and track global best practices in innovative education, frontier learning models, and trends in the intelligent education industry.
- Assist in the planning and execution of international conferences, professional competitions, digital exhibitions, cultural festivals, innovation training programs, and related projects.
- Support the full-cycle implementation of innovation projects, including business communication, on-site coordination, document organization, and project reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams to support cross-departmental coordination and international collaboration.
Requirements
- Strong alignment with the organization’s values, with a public-interest mindset, innovation awareness, integrity, and excellent teamwork ability.
- Recent graduates are preferred. No specific major is required; backgrounds in design, urban planning, education, or related fields are preferred.
- Excellent communication, writing, editing, research, and analytical skills in both Chinese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design, drawing, or video editing tools, with a good sense of aesthetics.
- Skills in AI-powered office tools, programming, modeling, animation production, or related digital tools are a plus.
- Strong execution ability, creative thinking, interdisciplinary vision, a positive attitude, and passion for life.
