Role Description The Site Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site activities, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. This role involves monitoring project progress, managing site resources, maintaining accurate records (such as site reports, material inventories, and daily logs), and promptly escalating issues to project managers or architects. The Site Supervisor will liaise with clients, vendors, and internal design teams to support smooth project execution, ensure adherence to timelines, and help resolve on-site challenges. The position requires regular site inspections, verification of measurements, and support in implementing AIO Studio IN’s high standards for design quality and workmanship.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including experience managing construction activities, monitoring timelines, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess technical skills in reading architectural and interior drawings, understanding construction details, and coordinating with structural, MEP, and finishing teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, such as maintaining site reports, tracking materials, recording measurements, and managing basic project documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients, and to resolve on-site issues proactively.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and digital tools skills, such as familiarity with MS Office and the ability to use mobile apps or software for reporting and coordination.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in supervising residential, commercial, or interior fit-out sites.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with flexibility to visit multiple project locations, and a demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and professional ethics.
