🚨 Hiring: Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Metro/Railway Project 🚨
📍 Location: Delhi
📌 Experience Required: Minimum 10-15 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager (DGM) to lead the execution of large-scale Metro/Railway Infrastructure Projects. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in planning, construction, contract management, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery of metro/railway Projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of metro/railway projects within schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Monitor project progress through regular reviews, site inspections, reporting, billing, and documentation
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, procurement coordination, and cost control.
🔹 Required Experience & Skills:
✔ Minimum 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure projects with significant exposure to Metro/Railway Projects.
✔ Proven experience in managing large-scale EPC/PMC Metro Rail Projects
✔ Strong knowledge of construction management, contract administration (FIDIC preferred), project planning, and cost control
✔ Experience in managing civil works, stations, viaducts, depots, and track infrastructure
✔ Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, MS Office, and project reporting tools
✔ Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills
