Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Backend Developer to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot, Microservices, API architecture, cloud platforms, DevOps, distributed systems, and high-performance applications.
The role requires strong technical leadership, architectural decision-making, hands-on development, mentoring, and ownership of mission-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java.
- Lead development of Microservices and API-driven architectures.
- Design secure, highly available, and resilient cloud-native solutions.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
- Design and optimize distributed systems for high throughput and low latency.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Ensure applications meet security, scalability, performance, and reliability standards.
