Role: Creative Visual Designer

Voxxy is a full-spectrum creator economy agency helping brands connect with audiences through creators, culture, and content.
We're looking for a Visual Creative Designer who can transform information into impactful visual narratives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making complex ideas simple, engaging, and visually compelling.
You will work closely with Creative Strategy, Client Servicing, and Business Development teams to bring presentations, proposals, reports, campaign plans, and strategic recommendations to life.

What You’ll Be Doing?
Visual Storytelling & Creative Design
● Translate text-heavy content into visually engaging presentations, frameworks, infographics, and
communication assets.
● Convert strategy documents, campaign plans, research findings, and proposals into clear and impactful visual narratives.
● Simplify complex information through diagrams, visual frameworks, charts, and storytelling formats.
● Create presentation decks that communicate ideas effectively while maintaining visual consistency and clarity.
Presentation & Proposal Design
● Design client-facing pitch decks, proposals, case studies, campaign reports, and strategic presentations.
● Collaborate with strategy and business teams to structure information for maximum impact.
● Ensure all presentations are visually polished, easy to navigate, and aligned with Voxxy's brand standards.
● Support new business pitches with high-quality visual design and storytelling.
Creative Collaboration
● Work cross-functionally with Brand Solutions, Content Strategy, Influencer Marketing, and Leadership
teams.
● Translate verbal briefs and rough concepts into professional visual outputs with minimal supervision.
● Contribute visual thinking to brainstorming and strategic discussions.
Design Systems & Efficiency
● Build and maintain presentation templates, design libraries, visual frameworks, and reusable assets.
● Develop faster and more efficient design workflows suitable for a high-growth, fast-paced agency
environment.
● Ensure consistency across all internal and external communication materials.
