About eComSuite
eComSuite is building the AI Operating Platform for marketplace sellers. Our platform combines AI, automation, analytics, and marketplace intelligence to help businesses make smarter decisions, increase profitability, and accelerate growth.
We’re looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products customers love, thrives in a startup environment, and wants to own products end-to-end. You’ll work directly with the Founder to shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and deliver innovative AI-powered solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product roadmap and execution for assigned product areas.
- Work closely with the Founder to define product strategy, priorities, and long-term vision.
- Conduct customer research to identify pain points and validate product opportunities.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Define product success metrics and use analytics, customer feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve the product.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging AI technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Drive product launches and ensure successful adoption of new features.
- Champion a customer-first, data-driven, and execution-focused product culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience building B2B SaaS products.
- Strong customer empathy with the ability to identify and solve real customer problems.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding software development processes.
- Proven experience writing PRDs, user stories, and managing Agile product development.
- Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency and experience using product metrics to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in eCommerce, marketplace platforms, AI, analytics, or retail technology is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI or GenAI-powered products.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup.
- Experience working directly with founders or leadership teams.
- Immediate joiner or available to join within 15 days.
