Role Overview
We're hiring Student Success Associates (Full-Time) depending on experience and skill fit, candidates may be brought on as Associate Programme Manager or Assistant Programme Manager. You'll be the primary point of contact for a student cohort, helping them stay on track academically and beyond.
Primary KRA
• Owning end-to-end student success tracking key engagement and performance metrics, identifying at-risk students early, and driving intervention
• Regular calling both students and parents to support academic progress and co-curricular growth • Acting as the trusted bridge between students, parents, and the institution
• Driving post-academic-hours campus engagement (typically 5 PM–7 PM) clubs, events, and activities that keep the campus lively beyond classroom hours
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end student journey onboarding, orientation, milestones, graduation
• Track attendance, assignments, assessments, and LMS activity; flag at-risk students
• Resolve student queries via Discord, phone, and in-person within SLA
• Conduct regular parent calls and orientation sessions; share progress updates
• Coordinate with mentors and tech teams to resolve learning blockers
• Manage student community and Discord engagement (AMAs, events, peer showcases)
• Plan and run on-campus activities after class hours (5–7 PM) student clubs, competitions, workshops, and community events that build campus culture
Skills & Qualifications
• Education: BBA/MBA, B.Tech/M.Tech, BA/MA, or B.Sc/BA Psychology
• Strong with data, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace
• Tableau and Power BI good to have, not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• LMS portal proficiency (or willingness to learn quickly) mandatory
