🔑 Role Requirements
- SAP Hybris expertise is mandatory — proven hands‑on experience managing enterprise e‑commerce platforms.
- B.Tech and MBA preferred, with 8–10 years of Product Management experience in enterprise platform products.
- Strong ownership of product roadmap, prioritization, platform capabilities, and end‑to‑end feature delivery.
- Ability to lead Business Analysts and collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of platform architecture, APIs, integrations, and scalable product design.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills; thrives in a fast‑paced, outcome‑driven environment.

🔑 Role Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in enterprise technology projects; e‑commerce experience preferred.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and writing Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Specifications.
- Proficient in BPMN, process flows, UML, sequence diagrams, REST APIs, and API documentation.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into implementation‑ready technical solutions.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- SAP Hybris expertise is mandatory, with experience in Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery.
- Self‑driven, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
