Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Project Engineer / Project Manager – Civil with a strong background in the
Real Estate / Builder / Developer industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing end-to-end execution of high-rise residential or commercial projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, cost control, and coordination with all project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction activities from excavation to project handover.
- Manage high-rise residential, commercial, redevelopment, or township projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor project schedules, resource planning, manpower deployment, and material requirements.
- Review contractor bills, monitor project costs, and support budget control.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and statutory compliance.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Prepare project progress reports and present updates to senior management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between site teams, procurement, planning, billing, and management.
Required Skills & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma with relevant experience may also be considered).
- 5–12 years of experience in the Real Estate / Builder / Developer industry.
- Mandatory experience in executing high-rise residential/commercial building projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, project planning, quality control, billing coordination, and construction methodologies.
- Responsible for creating entire structure.
- Projects on western belt from Andheri To Mira Road.
- Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (preferred), and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in premium, luxury, or redevelopment projects.
- Exposure to the complete project lifecycle, from foundation to possession.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
