Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect (9+ Years) to lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives through advanced agentic workflow orchestration and multi-agent AI solutions. This role requires a visionary architect who can design and scale cutting-edge AI technologies integrated with enterprise systems to deliver intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Automation Leadership: Spearhead automation programs leveraging crewai.com and agentic workflow orchestration frameworks.
- Multi-Agent Architecture: Architect and implement scalable multi-agent AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems, APIs, and MCP-based platforms.
- Digital Twin & Automation: Configure and optimize Digital Twin platforms to enable intelligent automation for operations and decision support.
- Enterprise Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, drive AI agent strategies, and deliver innovative digital solutions focused on efficiency and business value.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 9+ years of proven experience in AI automation, workflow orchestration, and enterprise integration.
- Strong knowledge of multi-agent systems, APIs, and MCP-based architectures.
- Expertise in Digital Twin platforms and intelligent automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certificatios.
- Experience working in large enterprise or global environments.
- Exposure to ITIL framework.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
