Role Description The Engineering Manager role at Vivid Pulse is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Engineering Manager will oversee software development teams, guide technical direction, and ensure successful delivery of engineering projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and prioritizing work, coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing integration activities, and monitoring progress against project milestones. The role involves mentoring engineers, facilitating collaboration, improving development processes, and ensuring code quality and reliability. The Engineering Manager will also work closely with product and business stakeholders to align engineering outcomes with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills, with experience guiding and developing diverse technical teams.
- Hands-on expertise in Software Development, with the ability to review architecture, code, and technical designs.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, prioritization, and delivery of complex initiatives.
- Experience with system and service Integration, ensuring stable, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies, modern engineering practices, and cloud-based architectures is highly beneficial.
