Role Description
The Senior Project Manager – SaaS – Unpaid – Voluntary role is a remote volunteer position responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS-based solutions that support The Tann Mann Gaadi’s mission. Day-to-day tasks include defining project scope and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing logistics and resource allocation, and ensuring alignment between technical deliverables and social impact goals. The role involves monitoring project progress, identifying risks, facilitating inspections or quality checks as needed, and reporting on milestones to stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager will also collaborate with leadership to refine processes, improve efficiency, and ensure that technology solutions are implemented in a safe, sustainable, and user-centered manner.
Qualifications
Project Management skills, including experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Expeditor and Expediting skills to coordinate tasks, follow up on pending actions, and ensure timely delivery of project components.
Inspection capabilities to oversee quality checks, compliance with standards, and assurance that project outputs meet defined requirements.
Logistics Management skills to plan, organize, and manage the movement and deployment of resources, equipment, and services.
Experience with SaaS or technology-enabled projects, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, volunteer setting.
Experience in the Fashion Retail Industry would be an advantage.
Relevant academic background or equivalent experience in project management, operations, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
Experience of 5 to 22 years.
