Role Description The Architectural Designer will work on-site in Palwal in a full-time capacity, collaborating with project teams to develop design concepts and detailed drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural plans, construction drawings, and design presentations that align with project requirements and client expectations. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine designs, ensure feasibility, and support smooth project execution. The Architectural Designer will also assist in site studies, basic urban and contextual analysis, and design documentation to support approvals and implementation. This position requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and involvement in design reviews and iterative improvements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, buildable solutions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in creating Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and elevations for project execution.
- Candidates should possess solid Drawing skills, both digital and hand sketching, to communicate ideas effectively during the design process.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Urban Planning to consider site context, circulation, and environmental impact in design work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in Architecture or a closely related field is required; licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Strong spatial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and feedback in a fast-paced project environment.
