About the Rol
eWe're looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our web and mobile platforms while strengthening our design system and component library. You'll work on a mix of feature design, design system evolution, and design strategy, with real influence over how we scale design across the organization

.*Key Responsibilities
** Product Design: Design and iterate on user interfaces for both web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency, usability, and visual excellence across platform
s* Animations & Micro-interactions: Design and specify animations and micro-interactions that enhance user experience, provide feedback, and guide user behavior—with consideration for performance and accessibilit
y* Design Systems: Contribute to building and maintaining our design system and component libraries; improve documentation, adoption, and developer handof
f* UX Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation; inform design decisions with user insight
s* Cross-Platform Consistency: Bridge the gap between web and mobile experiences, identifying and resolving inconsistencies while adapting for platform-specific best practice
s* AI-Powered Workflow: Leverage AI tools (Claude, Stitch, etc.) to accelerate design documentation, content generation, component specs, and design-to-code handoff; evaluate and integrate new AI design tool
s* Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and the design lead to balance business needs, technical constraints, and user need
s* Quality at Scale: Help establish processes and best practices that maintain design quality as the team and product gro
w*Required Qualifications
** 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating work across web and mobile platform
s* Expert proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools) including components, variants, and design system
s* Prototyping skills (Figma prototypes, Framer, or similar) to communicate interactions and user flow
s* Animations & Micro-interactions expertise: Demonstrated experience designing and specifying animations, transitions, and micro-interactions; understanding of timing, easing, and performance consideration
s* Design system experience: Understanding of component-based design, design tokens, and documentation practice
s* UX Research mindset: Ability to validate design decisions through user feedback, usability testing, or analytic
s* AI Tool Proficiency: Experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for design workflows (documentation, copy generation, accessibility specs, component documentation
)* Strong communication skills: Ability to articulate design rationale, give and receive feedback, and collaborate across team
s* Portfolio: Demonstrable case studies showing problem-solving, process, and design thinking (including animation/interaction examples
)*Nice-to-Have Qualifications
** B2B SaaS or enterprise application design experienc
e* Basic front-end knowledge (CSS, React, HTML) or willingness to lear
n* Experience with animation tools (Lottie, Adobe After Effects, or similar
)* Accessibility (WCAG) awareness and implementation, including animation/motion best practice
