Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior AI Developer / Lead to build and lead the development of scalable AI, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions. The role requires strong hands-on development skills along with technical leadership and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
- Build LLM, RAG, chatbot, and AI agent solutions.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and model evaluation.
- Design scalable AI architectures and take solutions from POC to production.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic.
- Build APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Deploy AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker/Kubernetes.
- Ensure AI solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective.
- Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor AI developers.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
Required Skills
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLMs.
- Strong knowledge of RAG, NLP, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, SQL, databases, and backend development.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps.

- Mentor and guide junior/mid-level AI developers.
- Drive architecture and technical decisions.
- Establish coding and AI development best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging GenAI and AI agent technologies.
