Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Designer Cum Sales role based in Bengaluru. The role involves
· Meeting clients in the showroom, understanding their requirements, and creating kitchen and furniture design concepts that align with European standards and the client’s lifestyle.
· The Designer Cum Sales professional will prepare layouts, presentations, and quotations, and guide clients through material, finish, and hardware selections.
· Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, conducting product demonstrations, supporting clients through the decision-making process, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution.
· The role also requires maintaining strong product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from initial consultation to post-sales support.
Qualifications
· Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
· Candidates should possess Interior Design and Kitchen & Bath Design skills to create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts and solutions.
· Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage inquiries, convert leads, negotiate, and achieve defined revenue targets.
· Relevant experience in kitchen, furniture, or interior design showrooms is highly beneficial.
· Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and basic MS Office skills is preferred.
· Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is advantageous.
· A client-focused mindset, attention to detail, and an interest in premium lifestyle and design brands are desirable.
· Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada
