Location: Across our restaurants in Bengaluru

Working Schedule: Six-day working week
ABOUT KEEN MUSTARD VENTURES
Keen Mustard Ventures is a Bengaluru-based hospitality company that builds and operates distinctive food and beverage brands, including Serious Slice, Daysie, Quarter House, Suzy Q and Heyou. Our work spans concept development, brand positioning, marketing, events, operations and expansion.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organised, culturally aware and execution-focused Marketing Executive to coordinate marketing across our hospitality brands.
This is not a role limited to posting on social media. You will maintain the complete marketing calendar, coordinate agencies and internal teams, drive events and brand IPs, manage content production, track promotional commitments and ensure every campaign is executed correctly and on time.
You must be able to manage multiple moving parts while coordinating restaurant teams, agencies, creators, influencers, DJs, performers, promoters and external partners.
WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
• This is a full-time, on-ground role based across our restaurants in Bengaluru. It is not a remote, hybrid or desk-based position.
• This is a six-day working week, with one rostered weekly off.
• This is not a fixed 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM job. Hospitality operates during evenings, weekends and public holidays. Working hours will vary according to shoots, events, launches, DJ nights and business requirements.
• Candidates must be comfortable travelling between restaurants and being present for key activations, including late evenings and weekends when required.
• Weekly schedules and time off will be planned according to the marketing calendar and operational requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.MARKETING CALENDAR AND PLANNING
• Maintain a rolling three-month marketing calendar covering campaigns, events, brand IPs, PR activities, influencer collaborations, content shoots, Meta boosting and other brand initiatives.
• Convert monthly business priorities into clear weekly action plans with defined owners, deliverables, deadlines and dependencies.
• Ensure operations, marketing, PR, agencies and external partners work from the same approved plan.
• Follow up with all stakeholders and maintain tight control over pending deliverables.
• Identify delays and execution risks early, and escalate them before they affect a campaign or event.
• Maintain structured trackers for campaign status, approvals, budgets, responsibilities and deadlines.
2.SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONTENT OPERATIONS
• Lead content planning and platform positioning for the assigned brands.
• Work with the social media agency to develop monthly Instagram calendars and detailed briefs for reels, carousels, static posts, stories and campaign assets.
• Ensure every piece of content reflects the correct brand positioning, tone and visual identity.
• Track content from briefing and production through approvals and publishing.
• Ensure consistent daily story coverage and timely publication of approved content.
• Coordinate with restaurant teams to collect real-time content from events, launches and daily operations.
• Monitor brand DMs and route enquiries, complaints and opportunities to the appropriate teams.
• Review captions, offers, event details, pricing and calls to action before content goes live.
• Maintain an organised content bank containing photographs, videos, raw footage, edited assets, menus, logos, brand guidelines and previous campaigns.
• Monitor food, nightlife, hospitality, Instagram and pop-culture trends, and identify relevant opportunities for each brand.
3.EVENTS, BRAND IPS, DJ NIGHTS AND PROMOTIONS
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned events, recurring IPs, DJ nights, collaborations and promotions.
• Convert approved concepts into execution plans covering content, promotion, production, operations, partners and timelines.
• Prepare clear briefs for agencies, designers, restaurant teams, DJs, performers, promoters and external partners.
• Coordinate with operations teams to align menus, offers, reservations, décor, entertainment and guest experience.
• Build and track complete pre-event, live-event and post-event promotional plans.
• Ensure DJs, performers, promoters and partners meet all agreed promotional commitments.
• Track required posts, reels, stories and collaboration posts, and archive links or screenshots as evidence of delivery.
• Ensure adequate photo and video coverage during events.
• Prepare post-event reports covering attendance, sales, reach, engagement, content generated, partner performance and key learnings.
4.PR AND INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT
• Coordinate with the PR agency on launches, events, collaborations, media outreach and ongoing brand communication.
• Maintain a tracker of PR activities, media opportunities, coverage and pending deliverables.
• Supply approved brand information, menus, photographs, campaign details, event notes and spokesperson inputs.
• Identify and coordinate relevant bloggers, creators and influencers for each activation.
• Manage invitations, confirmations, visit schedules, content expectations, barter arrangements, hosted experiences and paid collaborations.
• Document deliverables and timelines, and follow up until all committed content is published.
• Maintain an updated database of influencers, media contacts, creators and collaborators.
• Evaluate creators based on brand relevance, content quality, audience fit and historical performance, not follower count alone.
5.SHOOTS AND CONTENT PRODUCTION
• Maintain a monthly calendar for food, beverage, lifestyle, event and campaign shoots.
• Coordinate weekly photo and video requirements with the internal team and social media agency.
• Prepare shoot briefs, shot lists, visual references, schedules and product requirements.
• Coordinate photographers, videographers, models, creators, chefs, bartenders and restaurant teams.
• Ensure the restaurant, products and relevant team members are ready before each shoot.
• Be present at shoots and ensure all planned assets are captured correctly.
• Track raw footage, edits, revisions and final delivery. Label, archive and share completed assets with the relevant teams.
• Maintain records of quotations, approvals, invoices and payment status, and ensure invoices are processed on time.
6.META BOOSTING AND PERFORMANCE TRACKING
• Prepare a monthly boosting plan aligned with the marketing calendar and commercial priorities.
• Identify campaigns, events, launches and content that require paid support.
• Define the objective, audience, location, duration and budget for each boost with the performance marketing team.
• Ensure campaign assets and information are supplied before launch deadlines.
• Monitor campaign status and flag weak performance or execution issues.
• Coordinate with the internal analytics team to review reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, profile activity, enquiries, reservations and return on spend.
• Maintain a monthly budget-versus-performance report for each brand and recommend changes to content, targeting, budgets and timing.
7.ON-GROUND BRAND CONSISTENCY
• Visit the restaurants regularly to verify that campaigns and events are executed as approved.
• Ensure menus, posters, table communication, standees, digital screens and other marketing materials are accurate and on-brand.
• Check that restaurant teams understand all active campaigns, offers and event communication.
• Identify and correct inconsistencies between online communication and the actual guest experience.
• Ensure event branding, partner visibility and promotional materials are installed and removed on schedule.
8.REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION
• Maintain accurate trackers for campaigns, events, shoots, influencers, PR, budgets and external partner deliverables.
• Prepare a weekly marketing report covering completed work, upcoming priorities, pending approvals, delays and risks.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for each assigned brand.
• Document campaign outcomes and learnings so successful initiatives can be repeated and weak initiatives are not repeated without correction.
• Maintain organised records of briefs, approvals, quotations, invoices and final assets.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Two to three years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, events, hospitality, nightlife, food and beverage or a consumer-facing brand.
• Strong planning, coordination and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to manage agencies, freelancers, vendors, influencers and internal stakeholders firmly and professionally.
• Strong understanding of Instagram content formats, audience behaviour and platform trends.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social media promotion.
• Experience planning or coordinating photo and video shoots.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation and follow-through skills.
• Good visual judgement and the ability to recognise content that is off-brand or poorly executed.
• Awareness of Bengaluru’s restaurant, nightlife, creator and cultural ecosystem.
• Comfortable working a six-day week with flexible hospitality-led timings, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Willing to work on-ground and travel independently between our restaurants for meetings, shoots, events and campaign execution.
• High ownership, attention to detail and the ability to follow through without repeated supervision.
