HCLTech is seeking an experienced IoT Architect with strong expertise in MQTT platforms, IoT integrations, cloud technologies, and event-driven architectures.
Key Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) broker and cluster concepts.
- In-depth understanding of MQTT v3 and v5 protocols.
- Hands-on experience with MQTT platforms such as EMQX, HiveMQ, VerneMQ, or similar.
- Experience designing and implementing IoT-based integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration and messaging concepts.
- Good knowledge of networking concepts and architecture.
- Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with event streaming platforms such as Kafka, Azure Event Hub, etc.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.
- Ability to translate high-level architectural concepts into practical implementation designs.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including business teams, solution architects, and enterprise architects.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in Agile environments with Sprint planning and DevOps practices.
- Self-driven professional who takes complete responsibility for deliverables and actively supports team members.
Experience
- Relevant experience in IoT Architecture, MQTT Platforms, Cloud Integration, and Event-Driven Systems.
