Job details:
Work directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, AI adoption, business transformation, Growth strategy, Margin improvement, Organization build up and enterprise-wide execution. This is not a traditional PMO role; the incumbent will act as the CEO's execution partner, converting ideas into structured programs, its periodic reviews on progress, aligning stakeholders and ensuring measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic projects under the CEO.
- Lead cross-functional transformation across Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Procurement, IT and Quality.
- Build CEO governance: dashboards, KPI reviews, project trackers, executive reporting.
- Lead AI & digital transformation initiatives from ideation to adoption.
- Lead Business transformation projects – Sales acceleration programs . Growth and Margin improvement.
- Identify productivity, cost, working capital and process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare Board/CEO presentations and business cases.
- Track KPIs, risks, dependencies and benefits realization.
