Role Description The Management role at Rotary Club in Mumbai is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and program execution. The individual in this role will coordinate service projects, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure activities align with the club’s mission and strategic goals. They will work closely with members, volunteers, and partner organizations, facilitating meetings, documenting decisions, and supporting effective communication across stakeholders. The role includes supervising administrative processes, maintaining records, and preparing reports and presentations for the club leadership. This position also involves supporting fundraising efforts, event planning, and community outreach to strengthen engagement and visibility.
Qualifications
- Experience in management or coordination roles within NGOs, nonprofits, or community organizations.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, including planning, prioritization, and follow-up.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse members, volunteers, and partners.
- Demonstrated capability in event planning, logistics coordination, and basic financial oversight or budgeting.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, social work, public administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Commitment to humanitarian values, community service, and ethical, inclusive leadership.
- Prior experience working in or with Rotary or similar service organizations is an advantage.
