Role Description This is a full-time Architect/Interior Designer role in a hybrid work arrangement, with primary work based in Indore and some flexibility for work from home. The role involves participating in concept development, space planning, and interior and architectural design for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and 3D visuals, developing material and mood boards, coordinating with consultants and vendors, and supporting project documentation and approvals. The Architect/Interior Designer will collaborate with senior designers and project managers to ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and budget requirements, and may be involved in site visits to monitor design implementation and quality. The position requires regular communication with internal teams and clients to present design ideas, incorporate feedback, and maintain project timelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills in Software Development and Integration as applied to design tools and workflows.
- Candidates should possess proven abilities in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and documentation.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial.
- A professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Strong design sensibility, space planning capability, and knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends are advantageous.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work in a team, and readiness to manage multiple projects and deadlines are essential.
- Prior internship or work experience in architectural or interior design projects will be considered an asset.
