Scope of Work
- Build and enhance high-throughput, low-latency trade processing systems
- Support platform resilience, scalability and production stability
- Drive legacy system migration and decommissioning (e.g., Hudson to XStore)
- Support onboarding of settlement and pre-settlement platforms
- Improve throughput and efficiency across confirmations and downstream systems
- Provide production support, incident management, and RCA
- Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders Required Skill Set Core Skills (All Roles)
- Strong Java development (Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs)
- Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Messaging systems (Kafka, JMS)
- Strong SQL and data troubleshooting
- CI/CD, testing and deployment practices
- Production support and incident handling
