Skills & Qualifications
· MBA is must and should be from a reputed institution such as IIM, NMIMS, MDI, XL, IIFT or IITs.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
· 1–2 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or similar roles.
Preferred Profile
· Prior experience working directly with Founders, CXOs, or senior leadership teams.
· Experience in FinTech, NBFC, Banking, Digital Lending, Financial Services, Consulting, or startup environments.
· Strong understanding of Digital Lending, Personal Loans, Collections, Credit Underwriting, Risk Management, and Operations.
· Experience preparing board decks, investor presentations, and management reports.
Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO who can act as the CEO's trusted partner in driving strategic initiatives, business operations, and organizational execution. This role requires a combination of business acumen, analytical thinking, project management, stakeholder management, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Business Support
· Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, business planning, and growth projects.
· Prepare business reviews, management reports, board presentations, investor updates, and executive summaries.
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry tracking.
Project Management & Execution
· Track strategic projects and ensure timely execution across teams.
· Coordinate with Product, Technology, Credit, Risk, Collections, Operations, Compliance, Finance, HR, and Marketing teams.
· Monitor deliverables, follow up on action items, and drive accountability.
Business Analytics & Reporting
· Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, KPI trackers, and business performance reports.
· Analyze key business metrics, including disbursements, collections, portfolio quality, customer acquisition, and profitability.
CEO Office Management
· Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and business commitments.
· Prepare meeting agenda, record minutes, track action items, & ensure timely follow-up.
· Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
Communication & Administration
· Draft presentations, reports, business correspondence, and internal communications.
· Coordinate leadership meetings, business travel, events, and executive engagements.
· Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
