📍 Location: Bangalore
🕘 Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Week Off: Sunday & 1st and 3rd Saturday
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Speaker Acquisition Associate to support speaker acquisition for global technology conferences. In this role, you will identify, connect with, and engage industry experts to participate as conference speakers. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy networking, and are passionate about building professional relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential speakers using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
- Reach out to industry professionals via LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels to invite them to speak at conferences.
- Conduct initial conversations to understand speakers' expertise and presentation topics.
- Coordinate with internal teams by sharing speaker profiles, recordings, and relevant insights for review and selection.
- Maintain accurate records of speaker interactions and provide regular updates to the team.
- Manage outreach activities across different time zones to support global conferences.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective speakers through timely and effective communication.
- Meet outreach goals while ensuring a positive speaker experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in outreach, customer engagement, business development, recruitment, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the confidence to engage professionals at various levels.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for research and outreach.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working flexible hours to support international outreach when required.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow.
Preferred Skills:
- Relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Professional email writing and business communication.
- Research and lead generation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
