Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Designer role based in Pune City. The Web Designer will create and maintain visually compelling, user-friendly websites that support Revnew’s demand generation and content experience initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing web layouts and UI components, producing graphics and visual assets, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate campaign and content requirements into effective digital experiences. The role involves implementing responsive web designs in close coordination with front-end developers, ensuring consistency across devices and browsers. The Web Designer will also participate in testing, iterating, and improving site performance and usability based on analytics, UX feedback, and business goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills for creating modern, user-centric interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for developing visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills to effectively collaborate on implementation and ensure design feasibility.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud) is beneficial.
- Experience designing B2B or marketing-focused websites and landing pages is an advantage.
- Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and web performance best practices is preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site in Pune City.
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is beneficial.
