The Opportunity We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Project Manager to track and drive multiple cross-functional projects across product, engineering, and business teams. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder coordination, and structured reporting to ensure timely delivery.
Location: Powai - Hiranandani, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
Track multiple concurrent projects end-to-end.Maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and action trackers.Drive weekly syncs and ensure accountability across teams.Prepare leadership-ready status reports (Progress / Pending / Risks).Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans.Ensure deliverables meet defined scope and timelines
Key Skills & Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in IT / Tech Project Management.Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.Proficiency in project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.Excellent stakeholder communication skills.High ownership and execution mindset
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
PMP / CSM certifications.Experience in product-led technology organizations.Experience in SaaS / Healthtech / AI / Enterprise platforms.Experience working with engineering teams and technical stakeholders.Ability to read technical workflows and translate them into structured project plans.
