We're looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive software development, lead technical support initiatives, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our applications. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications.
- Provide technical leadership to development and support teams.
- Resolve production issues, application bugs, and critical client escalations.
- Review code and ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Manage deployments, releases, and application performance.
- Maintain system documentation and support continuous improvements.
- Mentor developers and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
Required Skills
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React
- Backend: Node.js, PHP, Python (FastAPI), .NET, or Laravel
- REST APIs & third-party integrations
- SQL & NoSQL databases
- AWS/Azure/GCP
- Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD
- Git, software architecture, debugging, and production support
Preferred Skills
- Microservices & distributed systems
- DevOps, monitoring & logging tools
- WordPress or Ghost CMS
- Client-facing technical support and SLA-based environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience leading technical projects and production support
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
