🔍 What We're Looking For
▪️Experience: 8-15 years in Sales Incentives, Compensation, MIS, Business Finance, or Incentive Management within Life Insurance.
▪️Strong knowledge of incentive design, payout calculations, budgeting, governance, and financial controls.
▪️Advanced skills in Excel, VBA, SQL, Power BI/BI Tools, and process automation.
▪️Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and IT teams.
▪️Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
▪️Exposure to digital transformation, audit compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
