Role Description The Business Partner role at Homeday is a full-time, hybrid position based in Patna, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with service providers, ensuring high-quality standards and consistent service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new partners, coordinating operational processes, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing initiatives to improve partner engagement and customer satisfaction. The Business Partner collaborates closely with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and customer support to streamline workflows and support business growth. This role also involves identifying opportunities in local markets, resolving partner-related issues, and contributing to strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, partner management, or account management, preferably in services, marketplace, or platform-based businesses
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with performance data, KPIs, and operational reporting
- Organizational and coordination skills, with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with digital platforms or apps, and basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Fluency in English and local languages used in Patna and surrounding regions; strong interpersonal skills in both written and spoken communication
- Prior experience in home services, healthcare services, or similar on-demand service ecosystems is an advantage
