- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging marketing collateral (social media graphics, presentations, newsletters) using Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Maintain and update the company's SharePoint site and internal documentation
- Manage data tracking, reporting, and analysis using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards)
- Support content creation for thought leadership — blog posts, LinkedIn articles, case studies
- Handle vendor relationships, procurement, and office supply management
- Assist with onboarding of new hires and maintaining HR documentation
- Organize internal and external events, meetings, and webinars
- Maintain CRM and lead tracking databases

- 3–4 years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar role within a startup environment
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing — social media management, content creation, and campaign execution
- Proficiency in LinkedIn (organic content, campaigns, analytics), Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (advanced: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards), and SharePoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Comfortable working across time zones (US Eastern Time / India Standard Time overlap)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Planner, Forms)
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and website content management
