Job Description:
- Assist in testing of accounting entries and validating various Financial reports to ensure correct product parametrization and accounting treatment in adherence to IFRS and local regulations.
- Assist in review and analyzing various documents/requirements received from Tx Core Project team and provide feedback/comments/observations on the same with reference to Opening of GLs, product, cost center, project codes etc.
- Responsible for coordination with the various units within TX Core team and within Finance team.
- Assist in any other deliverables by TxCore Finance to ensure correctness and delivery within timelines
Key Result Areas:
- Assist in accounting flow testing as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and product parameterization.
- Coordinate with TX Core Team and various units within Bank.
- Responsible for review of product parameterization, set up new G/L Accounts in Flex cube and ERP and coordination with the production team.
- Assist in preparation and circulation of daily dashboard for senior management, incorporating comprehensive analysis of Testing and results.
- Assist in testing new products development, implementation of new systems or their upgrade, new initiatives etc.
- Assist in any other deliverables by TxCore Finance to ensure correctness and delivery within timelines

Refer the points mentioned above. In addition, The job-holder should maintain working relationships with all stakeholders within Bank and outside like Oracle, Profinch etc. and able to work independently.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should have similar experiences as mentioned above and possess reasonable knowledge of product testing being offered in UAT stage
- Proficiency in computer application software is required.
- Knowledge of Banking system would be added advantage
- The incumbent should be a Qualified CA/ACCA/CPA with 4- + years of work experience in the field of Accounting.
