Sr. Consultant – Python Backend Tech Lead

Role Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Consultant – Python Backend Tech Lead to lead backend development, architecture, and delivery while remaining hands-on with coding.
Key Skills
- Python – 5+ years
- Django / Flask – Strong production experience
- AWS – EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, API Gateway
- Apache Kafka – Producers, consumers, topics, partitions & event-driven architecture
- Technical Leadership – 3+ years leading/mentoring engineering teams
- REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, ORM
- Docker, CI/CD and production support
- Strong knowledge of system design, scalability and performance
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
- Lead technical architecture and engineering best practices.
- Write and review high-quality Python code.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams.
- Design Kafka-based event-driven solutions.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
- Troubleshoot performance and production issues.
