ODPL (Omendra Developers Pvt. Ltd.) is a Delhi NCR-based construction and interior fit-out company delivering end-to-end execution for commercial, retail, corporate, and hospitality projects. We're growing our client base and are looking for a driven professional to help build our project pipeline.
Role Description
The BD Executive role at ODPL is a full-time, on-site position based in Dwarka, New Delhi. The role involves identifying and approaching key client segments to generate BOQ opportunities for upcoming projects, including:
- Building association with PMCs and getting ODPL onboarded as a Civil & Interior (C&I) execution vendor
- Meeting Architects & Interior Designers to source upcoming project leads
- Approaching Retail Brands to onboard ODPL as their interior fit-out execution partner
- Connecting with Corporate Houses for new office fit-outs and renovation of existing spaces
- Engaging Hospitals & Hospitality Groups for new and renovation project opportunities
Daily responsibilities include client meetings, lead generation, relationship building, and following through till BOQ conversion. The role requires regular travel across Delhi NCR.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of BD/sales experience (construction, interiors, or real estate preferred)
- Valid driving license — must (own vehicle preferred)
- Pleasant, confident, and presentable personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with independent client meetings and travel across Delhi NCR
- Graduate in any discipline; open to Male/Female candidates
