We're looking for a founding Chief of Staff to work directly with the founder of a premium, AI-first K-12 education venture.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can drive program execution, own day-to-day operations, manage parent experience, and coordinate across multiple teams to build and scale the business from the ground up.
What you'll do:
- Lead program and cohort operations
- Own parent communication and engagement
- Drive cross-functional execution across operations, marketing, and mentors
- Track business metrics and operational reviews
- Work closely with the founder on strategic priorities and execution
What we're looking for:
- Experience in K-12 education (IB/international school experience preferred)
- Strong program management and operations background
- Experience working with children aged 8–12 and engaging with parents
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Startup mindset with high ownership and execution ability
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
