🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Backend Engineer (Founding Team)
📍 Location: Remote (Japan-friendly time zones preferred)

CloudAnzen is building an AI-powered Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform that helps companies automate SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 42001 and more.
Our platform connects with cloud and SaaS tools, automatically collects compliance evidence, runs security checks, manages vendor risk, powers customer Trust Centers, and introduces AI TrustOps to help organizations govern their own AI systems.
We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who wants to build—not just features—but the engineering culture, architecture, and technical standards of a fast-growing startup.
What You'll Own
✅ Backend architecture and technical direction
✅ Multi-tenant platform security and data isolation
✅ PostgreSQL & Prisma data models and migrations
✅ API platform and 150+ third-party integrations
✅ Production reliability, CI/CD, observability, and incident response
✅ Code reviews, engineering standards, and mentoring junior engineers

We're Looking For
- 6+ years building production backend systems
- Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
- Experience designing scalable distributed systems
- Security-first mindset with strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and multi-tenancy
- Experience mentoring engineers and improving engineering quality
- Comfortable owning systems from architecture through production
Bonus Points
- Fastify & Prisma
- GRC, cybersecurity, or compliance products
- OAuth and large-scale integration platforms
- AI/LLM application development
- Startup or founding engineer experience
