We're hiring a Co-Founder (C-Level) at UpAndUp.life — to scale trust for India's 270M frontline workforce.
UpAndUp is building the trust layer for the frontline economy — verified identities, GPS-backed attendance, proof-of-work, and reliability scores (AsliTrust & AsliSamajh) that give informal workers dignity, agencies quality, and clients confidence.
We've built the foundation. Now we're looking for a Co-Founder to own execution, drive scale, and help steer us into our next stage of funding — as part of the founding leadership team.
Who we're looking for
You've done this before — pulled mass numbers of workers onto a platform and made it work. You know what it takes to enroll, activate, and retain frontline and gig workers at scale, because you've built or run the engine that does it. And you're a leader who can sit at the table with fellow founders, shape strategy, and actually pull it off.
What you bring
- 5+ years in senior/C-level roles at a platform or worker-aggregator business — think Zomato, Swiggy, Dunzo, Porter, Rapido, Urban Company, Zepto, Blinkit, BetterPlace, Vahan, Apna, WorkIndia, Awign, or similar.
- A track record of mass worker enrollment — you've scaled onboarding programs that brought thousands (or lakhs) of workers into a platform.
- Hands-on across growth, execution, and revenue — not a slide-deck strategist, a builder who ships and delivers numbers.
- Deep understanding of the technology behind platform dynamics — supply-demand matching, worker funnels, retention loops, and modern platform/performance-marketing techniques. This is non-negotiable.
- strategic partner in the founding team — you'll co-own the roadmap alongside the other founders and play a central role in taking us to the next stage of funding. You lead from the front and make things happen.
- Experience working shoulder-to-shoulder with founders — you know the pace, ambiguity, and ownership a startup demands.
- Founder DNA — you take full ownership, move fast, and don't wait to be told. (A former founder whose venture didn't work out for reasons beyond your control is very welcome — we value the scars.)
Where you're based
Gurgaon, Bengaluru, or Mumbai — or a Tier-2 city, if you've worked with platforms serving mass worker enrollment and upliftment. This is a pan-India role.
